An excellent newsletter as usual. I would love to see the team dig into the feasibility and potential benefits of a land value tax in Columbus. While homeowners' property taxes are increasing dramatically, owners of empty land in high value areas have little incentive to allow those lands to be built up. Such a tax could provide some relief to taxpayers and improve housing development around town.
